It can be quite surprising to see what is actually in (or added to) our food when we are paying attention.
Unfortunately, too many don't start this habit until after an allergy or sickness hits.

Today I have a special guest on the podcast who you need to meet!
Dr. Anna Toker is joining me to discuss some hot gluten-free topics, such as understanding the new wheat, the safety of psyllium husk and sourdough, and steps to help improve gut health.
Dr. Toker is a colorectal surgeon, who uses diet and nutrition to improve surgical outcomes and even prevent some surgeries. She has recently taken to social media to encourage clean eating, and a gluten-free diet is central to that mission. She offers a wealth of knowledge, educating us about health and wellness issues we need to know and understand to create a healthier future.
All I can say is that I wish I had found her 27 years ago when I was at my lowest point with my health - and walked away with no answers. It still took another 10 years before finding out that GLUTEN was my issue!
So many incredible insights are shared in this talk that you’ll want to listen with a pen and paper or your favorite app ready to take notes.
